As part of the “One Canberra” project – a premium ‘A’ grade energy efficient building located less than 500 metres from Parliament House in Canberra, Business Interiors were tasked with providing a multiple tenancy furniture solution for the Department of Human Services and the Department of Finance in a five storey building with a central atrium feature. Due to the national significance and public nature of the building, the business interior required high end furnishings across all working areas including the café, meeting rooms and break out areas.

To achieve maximised functionality and complement the penetration of natural light, Business Interiors presented a schedule of high quality business and executive seating, meeting and boardroom tables, and lounges from leading European brands.

THE RESULT

THE RESULT

In line with the base build construction timelines, Business Interiors successfully completed the business interior component of ‘One Canberra’ on time and within budget. A range of high end, quality designed, ergonomic and sustainable furnishings accomplished 24,000SQM of premium sustainable office accommodation over five floors and a 1000SQM atrium feature.
