Wingate operate in the finance sector as a capital solutions, risk management and personal loan specialist. A growing business with a ten year history it was time to expand into a new premises.

THE JOURNEY

Wingate engaged with Corporate Fitout Solutions to design their new space.

With a desire to reflect their professionalism in their office space the first impression given in reception was important. Wingate also needed to expand their workspace to allow for rapidly growing staff numbers and incorporate all their different staff sectors.

Creating a modern yet different breakout space to encourage staff to eat and further collaborate at work rather than eat elsewhere was important. Wingate’s staff can work long hours, therefore working within a fresh, light and inviting environment with a “getaway” breakout space further assists in recharging.

THE SOLUTION

Looking for a solution which was both cost effective and had a short lead time, Corporate Fitout Solutions engaged with Business Interiors to provide all the loose furniture for the project. Understanding that Business Interiors was able to provide a complete solution from their stocked range of European designer furniture within the time frame.

With a selection of stylish designer furniture to enhance the brand upon entry, and in visitor seating for the offices.

Focus was placed on creating a fun, comfortable and functional break out space. Enabling staff to use it for both breaks and as an additional collaborative space in which to gather.

THE RESULT

The resulting space is one which the client finds very comfortable, and is functioning well. They have sufficient space to accommodate for future growth providing them with flexibility into the future.
