    Transform your workplace with modern First Nations furniture. Leah Bennet is an interior designer, furniture designer and proud descendent of the Wudjari Noongar mob from Ravensthorpe region, WA. Leah believes that by bringing First Nations culture into interior and furniture design, she is able to help people appreciate that culture in a tangible and accessible way. Leah Bennet, an emerging in wanted to create a furniture piece that was holistically Indigenous from the shape, to the fabric, to the designers involved. The two patterns “Bidi” (Journey) or “Noonak” (You) were designed by Fabric artist Buffie Corunna of the Noongar Nation. Intended for casual collaboration the sofa design has been inspired by the shape of the “number 7 boomerang”. The sofa is available in a range of versatile configurations to encourage positive and productive gatherings at work, in the classroom, or a public space.
